The group rates will be honored for attendees three (3) days before group arrival and three (3) days after group departure based on availability. No pre-payment is needed; however, a valid credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee each reservation.

CUT-OFF DATE:
The Cut-Off Date for accepting reservations into this room block is Thursday, March 26, 2024. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST), at the Hotel on the Cut-Off date, will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made up to 8 days prior to arrival: No penalty
Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to arrival: One (1) night penalty at the agreed rate plus tax.
Shortened stays or no-shows: Full stay penalty at the agreed rate plus tax.

It is important that each of the guests identify themselves as part of the “Caribbean Association of Otolaryngologists (CAO)” when emailing or calling and provide Hotel with their name, home or business address, email address, requested type of room, check-in and check-out dates, preference for bed type (king or queen/queen). Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. Please keep in mind that bed preference and/or special requests are not guaranteed.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 12:00 pm (noon) on departure day. Hotel would appreciate receiving flight arrival times for your group, if available. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure. Please keep in mind additional cost may apply.
